Terms & Partnership Agreement

Please review the terms of our Partner Referral Program.

Commissions are calculated as a fixed percentage of the revenue from each successful referral. Once a client you refer signs up and pays, the deal value is recorded and your commission is applied monthly based on the program tier.

If a referred client signs within 12 months of your introduction, the referral is credited to you. The validity window resets on each meaningful interaction between the client and KoldaTech.

Any commercial terms, technical documentation, or client information shared during the partnership must be treated as confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

Payouts are processed within the first 10 business days of each month for the previous month's earned commissions. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next cycle.
