We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who understands how users think, how products evolve, and how thoughtful design directly impacts growth, usability, and conversion. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to move beyond static screens and actively participate in real product design, real problem-solving, and long-term product ownership.

What You Will Do at KoldaTech

As a UI/UX Designer at KoldaTech, you will be involved in the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product goals, user needs, and business requirements
• Translating complex ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and intuitive interface designs
• Designing modern, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
• Conducting UX research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations
• Applying UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability principles
• Designing experiences that are functional, visually consistent, and scalable
• Building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and reusable components
• Working closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Iterating on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance insights
• Ensuring all designs align with brand identity, product strategy, and user expectations

You will not simply “design screens.” You will contribute to product thinking, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on web and/or mobile products
• Strong mastery of Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and accessibility
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, marketplaces, or complex interfaces
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Experience working remotely and managing your own workflow
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real product design work (required)
