Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at KoldaTech, you will lead the design process from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into simple, scalable, and user-centered solutions.

You will play a critical role in defining product vision, improving user flows, and building structured design systems that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
Translate business goals and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
Improve existing products through UX audits and optimization strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Advocate for user-centric thinking across the company

Product & UX Thinking

Strong ability to break down complex systems into simple, usable flows
Deep understanding of information architecture and interaction design
Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or data-heavy interfaces
Ability to connect user behavior with product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement)
Experience validating ideas through user testing and feedback loops

UI & Visual Excellence

Strong sense of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces
Experience building consistent brand-aligned UI systems
High attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution

Technical & Tool Proficiency

Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, design systems)
Experience creating interactive prototypes
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Familiarity with developer handoff processes and working within agile environments
Understanding of frontend limitations (HTML/CSS basics is a plus)

Strategic & Leadership Skills

Ability to think beyond features and focus on product impact
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable defending design decisions with logic and data
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
Experience mentoring or leading design initiatives

5+ years of experience in Product Design and UX/UI Design
